1. Return Eligibility
Non-Perishable Items
Most non-perishable items (canned goods, dry goods, household products, personal care items) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Perishable Items
Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery items, frozen foods) are eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive damaged, spoiled, or do not meet quality standards. Please inspect perishable items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Personal care products that have been opened or used
- Baby formula or baby food that has been opened
- Over-the-counter medications and supplements that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit — including any shipping charges — at no additional cost to you.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@wholesalemarkets.shop or call +1 (505) 242-0989 with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Include the RMA number inside and on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Note: Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and will typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Full refund: For items returned within the eligibility period and in original condition
- Partial refund: May apply to items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use
- Shipping charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective)
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Returns for customer preference or change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large or bulky items returned for non-defective reasons
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as follows:
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will ship a replacement at no additional cost
- For change-of-mind exchanges: Return the original item per the policy above and place a new order for the desired item
