1. Where We Ship
WholeSaleMarkets delivers to all 50 United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations outside the US and Canada.

Every order is shipped via standard ground shipping — completely free.

4. Shipping to Canada
- Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders — no minimum
- Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Prices in USD; your card provider handles currency conversion
- Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- Delivery via Canada Post and regional carriers
5. Order Processing
Orders process within 1 business day. Orders after 2 PM MST on Friday process the following Monday. Holiday periods may add 1–2 business days.
6. Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you. Track through the email link or your account dashboard. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
7. Delivery Attempts
Carriers make up to 3 attempts. If unsuccessful, the package is held at the local facility for 5 business days. Unclaimed packages are returned to us; restocking fees may apply.
